This week's lunch, we bring you the Thai's cuisine (one of our favourite food ). Before this, we bought Rama V lunch semi-buffet from everyday. Anyone bought of this deal? What we can say is the lunch deal really disappointed. So when we came across this deal at Milk a deal, we worried the same thing will happened again. After we considered for a few days, we decided to grab 3 coupon. Everyone of us here should heard of A la Carte Japanese buffet, but do you ever heard of A la Carte Thai buffet? Then, here we come.

Barley Drink
For this deal, it comes with 1 barley drink.

From the menu, there are 10 choices in Khong Wang (Appetizer), 5 choices in Yam (Salad), 5 choices of soup, 7 choices of Pla (Fish), 4 choices of Seafood, 4 choices of Nea Wua (beef), 4 choices of Kai (Chicken), 4 choices of Nea Kwang (Deer meat),5 choices of Tau Foo (Beancurd &Egg), 9 choices of Phak (Vegetable) and 10 choices of single plate & single bowl. Quite variety of choices.

We started our lunch with 2 appetizer

Thod Man Pla (Homemade Thai Fish Cake)
This is one of the Lilo's favourite. Fresh fish fillet, compact and springly texture. They add minced lemongrass to make it smells aromatic.

Spring Roll
Actually we thought of trying their Smoked Duck, but it was out of order. So we go for Spring Roll. Crispy and tasty, not bad at all.

Tom Yam Seafood
Of course, we must tried their Tom Yam Soup. This is Tom Yam Seafood with small prawn, squid, sliced fish and meat. The seafood are fresh and the soup is thick, not too spicy and not too sour. i kind of like this Tom Yam soup.

Green Curry Chicken
I should say we are so lucky, first we ordered Pandan chicken and it's not available. So, Nado recommend Green Curry Chicken. This definitely won't make us regret. You must try this Green Curry. It is just so rich of coconut milk and yet delicious. The chicken is nicely cooked to a tender finish. It served hot, not like what we had at Rama V. Nado keep said it is so tasty and almost drink all of the soup. Haha.

Pla Neung Manow (Steam Fish In Spicy Lime Sauce)
Here it comes the fish shaped steaming plate and a separate bowl of soup, the waiter told us to pour it into the steaming plate when the soup starts to dry up. The fish is cooked with the right timing and it is really fresh. If u like sour stuff, liked me, definitely you will love this. It is sourish and non spicy.

Kung Pa Neai (Butter Prawn)
There are 7-8 prawns, it looks delicious but It was so sad that the prawns are not as fresh as it looks.The prawns 's flesh are not firm with a bit mushy texture, It's kind of waste as it's really tasty and a good presentation. I liked the fluffy sweet butter strands.

Nice and cosy environment with those spacious light. This restaurant also provide a small bar area. Quite comfortable dining experience. We sat near the 'small pond' , Nado joke with us that, we could threw the unfinished dishes to the pond. (It was because for this deal, the restaurant sets a rule that you may choose as many dishes as you want from the wide selection of menu available on the a la carte menu for only RM22 per person but please don't be wasteful as each 100g of waste would cost you RM10! ) So please take note when you make order.

You can easily get a parking here. If you want to park nearer to the restaurant, from the shop turn left, there will be a guard house at there. Just go inside and park by the road side.

Reminder
You can ask them to serve smaller potion of food, so you can try more types of food. And the appetizer they served actually quite big portion.
